How is the quote calculated?+

We review the requested products, current-state baseline, site location, travel requirements, number of sites and shifts, timeline, internal resources, and the depth of implementation support required. We may recommend a smaller or different starting scope before issuing a written quote.

Do you only work with companies pursuing certification?+

No. A stronger QMS can be valuable without certification. Engagements can focus on a single process, recurring defects, corrective action, supplier controls, audit readiness, or a complete certification path.

Can you build the entire QMS for us?+

Yes, but the system is built with your process owners—not handed over as a generic template. Leadership retains ownership, while I facilitate, document, train, and verify implementation.

Do you issue ISO certificates?+

No. ISO develops standards, and an independent certification body performs certification audits and issues certificates. I help organizations prepare, implement, and maintain their systems.

What happens after implementation?+

Support can continue through 30-day checks, six-month health reviews, annual internal audits, surveillance preparation, corrective-action verification, or fractional quality leadership.
